Bric Housing

The Better Housing Projects provide housing accommodation for low income (i.e. less than approx. $ 609.00 per week) single men and women over 18 years of age. Placement is in boarding houses initially then progresses to other forms of accommodation such as one bedroom units and bed sit units. All accommodation is located in inner city New Farm, Fortitude Valley and Spring Hill. Bond and 2 weeks rent is required. Tenants sign an RTA agreement. All successful applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
