About Us
A range of activities are avaialbe that people can attend when they want to. All sessions are private and are focused on the groups needs. There are no contracts to sign and average $5.00 a session. MCH are expanding the range of activities and are interested in hearing from trainers who specialise in working with older people. PH: 3391 8122 for more information.
