A Place to Belong

This a small agency working to encourage a process of inclusion for people who experience mental health challenges. This is done by developing and encouraging the capacity of the community to welcome and include others. Community Connection workers come alongside isolated people to find ways to link them with others, or find valued roles in the community. Training and support is also offed to carers, allies, community-minded people and workers from others organisations.
