Advocates for Survivors of Child Abuse (ASCA) is an organisation by survivors for survivors, which supports and enables survivors to overcome the effects of child abuse. The abuse may be emotional, physical, ritual and sexual abuse, as well as neglect. Telephone to find local groups and contacts throughout Queensland. Australia-wide, ASCA provides face-to-face support groups, an information and support phone line (1300 657 380), workshops, forums, residential programs, social gatherings, access to a database of therapists, educational brochures and monthly newsletters, as well as online groups and up-to-date information on their website.
