Young Workers Advisory Service provide young people (under 25) with free confidential information, advice and advocacy on all employment issues including employment conditions and entitlements, work contracts, discrimination, unfair dismissal, workplace bullying, apprenticeships and traineeships and sexual harassment. YWAS can provide advocacy for young people with claims in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, Queensland Anti-Discrimination Commission , the Australian Industrial Relations Commission and the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission. YWAS is a statewide service funded by the Queensland Government Department of Employment and Industrial Relations.
