About Us

The Queensland AIDS Council is funded to provide HIV, sexual health and Hepatitis C health promotion, community awareness and prevention services for gay and bisexual men as well as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. The AIDS Council is also funded to identify barriers and enhance lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people’s access to broader health services. QuAC has workers based in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Townsville and Cairns.
