Addiction Services

If you need help with an alcohol or other drug use issue, Addiction Services can help.

We are a free service for anybody affected by alcohol or other drugs, including carers, friends and family. You do not need a referral. What you tell us is confidential.

We have Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workers, youth support team and peer support workers available.

We can support you to manage, reduce or stop your alcohol or other drug use.

We offer:

• support and advice
• counselling sessions
• group programs
• help to withdraw from drugs relapse prevention
• strategies to stay safer if you are drinking alcohol or using other drugs the Opiate Treatment Program
• the Needle Syringe Program

Walk in, phone or send an email to your nearest service. We are open between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

When you contact the service, we will ask some questions and chat about your concerns to come up with a plan together.
