Ozcare Mental Health Services

        

Ozcare Mental Health Service provides living skills & social support to people who have moderate to severe mental illness & are living in the community.

Our program operates as part of a network of  services which guides clients through the process of recovery from mental illness.  The aim of the program is to maximise the client’s potential for independent living & encourage greater community participation. Support may include developing skills to assist with-

• Shopping and preparing healthy diet
• Independent living skills
• Job readiness skills
• Setting up bank account / budgeting
• Establishing social links
• Accessing recreational activities
• Accessing other services
• Aged 16+
