The Association is a community managed, non-profit organisation which provides housing for people on low to moderate incomes. A volunteer Board made up of tenants and interested people from the community manage the Association. Staff administer its day to day operations. The Association’s funding comes mainly from rent it receives from tenants, a grant from the ACT Government, income from management fees, rent from commercial offices and fees from conference rooms.
