Supportive Tenancy Service - Options

Assists people in exploring their options for new tenancies, including public housing, community housing and private rental. Provides advice on how to secure different types of tenancies. In particular, can look at how to overcome barriers that people may encounter when applying for private rental properties.

Supportive Tenancy Service is a partnership between Belconnen Community Service, Woden Community Service and YWCA Canberra.

This service receives funding under the National Affordable Housing Agreement (NAHA) and/or the National Partnership Agreement on Homelessness (NPAH), which are jointly funded by the ACT and Australian Governments.
