Public Advocate ACT

Represents the interests of clients who are: persons with a physical, mental psychological or intellectual condition, which gives rise to a need for protection from abuse, exploitation or neglect or where there is a serious threat to their health and wellbeing; children or young persons who are in need of protection; adults with impaired decision making capabilities and persons who have complex and challenging service provision needs.
