About Us

Calvary Home Care Packages provide services to support older people to live independently at home and actively participate in community life.  Calvary offers Level 2 and 4 Packages which provides Support for people with low-level care needs. Home Care Packages are subsidised by the Government who set a client contribution fee of up to 17.5% of the basic pension. Additional services to a subsidised package can also be organised on a private basis. Packages are available to be delivered on a Consumer Directed Care (CDC) basis upon agreement between provider and client.

Calvary Community Care provides a variety of services under the Commonwealth Home Suppport Programme (CHSP) including Personal Care, which can be supplemented on a private basis.  The CHSP program is available for older people (over 65 and over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) who live at home. Calvary works in partnership with clients to identify the types of services that would support their independent lifestyle.
