ACT Radiation Safety Section

Regulates the use, possession, storage, transport and disposal of radiation sources that emit ionising and non ionising radiation. Provides technical support to the ACT Radiation Council for the determination of licence and registration applications. Enforces decisions of the ACT Radiation Council under the Radiation Protection Act 2006.
