Home Care & Safety Services
The Community Assistance and Support program (CASP) provides low intensity, basic home and community care services to people not eligible for the NDIS, people who are eligible for the NDIS, but have an unmet health need such as post hospital care not covered in their NDIS plan and people under 65 years (or under 50 years for Aboriginal or Torres Straight Islander people) who have difficulties with activities of daily living arising from a health condition and are not funded under another government program.
CASP aims to provide integrated, person-centred community based support to eligible people and their carers and/or families, to enhance their health and wellbeing and facilitate their independence and participation in the community.
