About Us
This group is organised for clients who have survived child sexual assault and sexual assault in the past.
Art therapy uses the creative process of making and using art to help clients to reflect on their story, and to process and increase their awareness of themself. It also helps resolve conflict and problems, reduce stress, increase self- esteem and insight in a non-threatening and non-judgemental way.
Clients are offered a safe, supported environment in which they are able to relax, work on social skills, be able to give voice to experiences not easily expressed in words, manage behaviours and solve problems.
This is a closed group running over the course of 6 weeks.
Please contact CRCC on (02) 6247 2525 to register your interest.
A pre-group interview is required.
