Fix My Street

Fix My Street is an online reporting facility which provides direct contact with ACT Government agencies for the reporting and resolution of municipal service requests.

Citizens may submit feedback anonymously or create an account to track the progress of their service requests.

Residents can submit feedback and service requests relating to a variety of issues including:

  • abandoned shopping trolleys
  • abandoned vehicles
  • air pollution
  • damaged bicycle paths, footpaths, shared paths (walk/bike) and on-road cycle lanes
  • damaged/dangerous trees
  • damaged recreation facilities such as public BBQs, parks and playgrounds
  • damaged survey infrastructure (survey marks)
  • domestic garbage and recycling collections
  • election campaign signage
  • graffiti
  • litter and dumping
  • nature strips
  • noise pollution
  • overgrown grass in public places
  • pot holes, sign damage, traffic lights and other road related issues
  • road safety and traffic concerns
  • stormwater drains
  • street lights
  • street sweeping
