MS Connect

We’re here for you at every step of your multiple sclerosis journey. Our MS Connect service provides information and advice, and links you in to supports and services.

We take your individual circumstances into account – from the time of diagnosis and each day forward. We can help you understand a recent diagnosis, treatment options, learn practical ways to manage your symptoms, and make healthy choices for living well with multiple sclerosis. We also work closely with neurologists, health professionals and service providers in your local community.

Our MS Connect service is for people living with the disease, family members, friends and carers. We also support health professionals providing care to people affected by multiple sclerosis.

People with other progressive neurological disorders are also eligible to register where there are no other appropriate services available to meet their needs.

Our team of MS Specialists are available 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
