About Us

Bengali Cultural Association (Canberra) Inc., abbreviated BCA, is a dynamic, not-for-profit organisation serving the Bengali community in particular and Indian community in general in and around Canberra, Australia. It prouds itself for being a truly democratic organisation that works for the betterment of the community, provides platform for cultural needs of people, brings about awareness about ...Bengali culture and represents Bengalis of Canberra.

Its presence for more than a decade has seen it regularly organising events of great significance to Bengalis and Indians such as Durga Puja, Saraswati Puja, cultural programs and Rabindra Jayanti. It also very actively participates in the Multicultural Festival organised by the ACT Government annually and from time to time showcases talents from India as well as local talents.
