Connections Case Management

I am committed to utilising my expertise and knowledge to achieve best practice in good social outcomes for people who live in our community. My professional expertise has been well developed throughout my 32 years working across human services sectors of health, mental health, justice and community support.  

I am passionate about working with clients who have complex needs as well as those who just need a bit of support for a period of time.  As an experienced nurse, working in discharge planning and community roles, and in my roles as a Case Coordinator and Case Manager, I have been successful in assisting clients with both physical and mental health disabilities, and with complex needs for over 30 year.
