Feros Care Local Area Coordination (LAC)

Feros Care is excited to be partnering with the NDIS to provide Local Area Coordination (LAC) to help more people live healthy, fulfilling and connected lives.

As an NDIS LAC partner, we will help you make the most out of the NDIS by finding out what’s important to you and helping get the right services in place to support you.

Our Local Area Coordinators will help you move from stage to stage on your pathway with the NDIS. We will:

• meet with you, your family and carer to help you understand the NDIS
• provide linkages to assist with access to the NDIS
• work with you to create a first plan based on your goals and current supports
• help support you to put your NDIS plan into action
• assist you in reviewing your plan
• link you to information and community supports
