Employee Assistance Program

CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn is the provider of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for a number of community agencies in the ACT.

Employee Assistance Programs provide a free, voluntary and confidential counselling service for employees and their families. Our counsellors can assist in the prevention, early intervention and resolution of both personal and work related issues. EAP can assist you with:

• Workplace conflict
• Stress
• Critical incidents
• Workplace transitions
• Depression and anxiety
• Relationship difficulties
• Parenting issues
• Separation or divorce
• Loss and grief

Appointments are offered at both our Red Hill and Watson sites and can be made by speaking to your employer or contacting us on 6162 6100.
