Perinatal Wellbeing Centre (formerly PANDSI) supports mums and dads struggling with post or ante natal depression and anxiety. Support groups include day support, yoga support group, fitness support group, dads information night. Free adjunct childcare is available for some groups. No referral or diagnosis is required.
