Family and Relationship Counselling Service

CatholicCare’s Family & Relationship Counselling Service offers counselling to individuals, couples and families who are seeking support to deal with a range of issues including: building relationships, conflict resolution, improving communication, coping with change, step parenting and parenting after separation. 

Our Family & Relationship counsellors are professionally qualified Psychologists, Social Workers or Counsellors. They are skilled in individual, couple and family therapy and vast knowledge of issues that impact family relationships.

Our counsellors can help you by:

• Assisting you to explore your options to change
• Supporting you while you implement changes to improve your relationship
• Helping you as parents to provide ongoing support to your children
• Helping you as individuals to minimise the pain should you decide to separate or divorce
