At Strategic Psychology we offer focused psychological services aimed at adults and older adults to assist with many of the difficulties which may be faced in life. Adult Counselling

We offer counselling services for adults for a wide range of difficulties that may be faced in life. No problem is “too big” or “too small” to address, if there are areas in your life which you feel that you are stuck, or unable to move forward with, seeing a psychologist can help to address some of your concerns.

Our trained psychologists focus on providing a safe, non-judgemental space for you to share your concerns and to work on strategies to assist you in returning to living a meaningful, enriching life, upholding and acting in line with your values.

We can assist you in dealing with any of the difficulties that you may experience in life.

We are also able to offer relationship counselling, with sessions both individually and together, to assist you and your partner to restore your relationship to a loving, enriching relationship.

Adult Assessments

We also offer assessments for a wide-range of purposes, including medicolegal assessments, ComCare assessments, insurance assessments and other psychological assessments. Each assessment and associated report is tailored specifically with your needs in mind, to ensure you are gaining the most relevant information.
