Using a range of techniques founded in psychology, counselling and coaching, you will learn preventative and proactive skills for stress, crisis and change management.

With me as your Coach, you can learn new skills ,and co-opt others to support you. Ultimately you will increase effective responding to everyday experiences, activities and deepen relationships.

With two decades of professional and educational experience in Health, Coaching, Counselling and Psychology models, this enables me to utilise an integrated and person-centred approach. Simply put, when you talk about your specific barriers or challenges, I am able to customise your coaching, to address your specific concerns.
