The process is designed to give equal hearing to all concerned parties, and to minimize any potential power-imbalance. This usually involves:

-  Individual pre-mediation intake interviews with each party

-  Joint facilitated discussion

-  Private sessions, between each party and the mediator, during the course of the mediation itself

-  Drawing up a mediation agreement upon completion

All of our mediators have completed extensive training, with many years’ experience in the field, and hold national accreditation.
