About Us
Performance PT is a 10-week program which aims to achieve a personalised fitness or strength based performance improvements within a small group setting of 4 - 5 participants. It is conducted on a twice weekly basis with ongoing supervision with a very experienced and highly qualified trainer. Testing is conducted at the beginning and the end of the 10-week program, this program is suitable for participants who are looking to further enhance your health and fitness goals.
