About Us

St Peter's is a community church with a strong belief in the bible and the need to share God's Good News with others.

Our regular services are on a Sunday at 8am (a traditional Anglican prayerbook service) and at 10am (various styles are used with an emphasis on worship, the Word and prayer. Children have their own programme during this service). A short Communion service is held at the nearby retirement village on a Friday and once a month we have a short Communion service on a Tuesday.

We frequently look at a topic in more depth and less formally on a Sunday evening from 5pm.

We have various regular activities: bible study groups, home gorups, men's breakfast, ladies bookclub, sewing/quiltng group, Neighbourhood Fellowship group and others.

Fellowship events both regular and as a one-off are held throughout the year: eg Easter fun day, trivia night, Bright Light Disco, Christmas fair.

Check our website for details.
