About Us

The course is a relatively flat out and back course. The start is close to the Victoria Ave entrance of Bicentennial Park (near the Egret Pavilion). The run heads north along a shared walk/cycle path existing Bicentennial Park by the Rhodes Shopping centre. The run continues along the water front for approximately 1.5kms before looping back and returning along a similar route. Facilities There are toilets and parking areas close to the start site, as well as a kids play area. Getting There Location of startThe run starts close to the Victoria Ave entrance of Bicentennial Park (near the Egret Pavilion. Getting there by public transportThe start is approximately a 5min walk from the Concord West train station. Alternatively the bus route 525, 526 pass close by on Australia Ave. Getting there on footYou can access the course from any of the carparks of Bicentennial park. Getting there by roadThe start is in Bicentennial Park, there are multiple entrances to the park by car. The main entrance is off Australia Ave, with other entrances off Bennelong Parkway and Victoria Ave (this is where the run starts). While these entrances don’t link up, you can walk to the start from any of these park entrances. Enter 78 Victoria Ave, Concord West NSW 2138 into google or your GPS and you should find the right entrance to the park, please be aware Victoria Ave is bisected by a railway line so check to make sure your GPS takes you to the correct end.
