Linked to Life is a not for profit, community based organisation for people who are frail, elderly and who want to live independently in their own home.
We pride ourselves on the provision of personalised services that are tailored to meet your needs, goals and lifestyle. Our friendly team will visit you in your own home to assist you in developing a support plan that is customised for you.
Linked to Life is funded by Department of Social Services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program and operates within the Coffs Harbour City Council local government area.
