This location offers a 'drop in centre' for information and assistance navigating Age Care Pathways.

We provide in home services for Seniors who are in receipt of an Australian Government Home Care Package as well as those that wish to pay privately, to remain independent in their own homes.

Services we provide;

• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Shopping
• Transport to appointments, (Medical and Social)
• Medication reminders
• Companionship

We assist with information and navigating Home Care pathways.
