Australian Naval Cadets - South West Rocks

TS Culgoa was formed in 1990.It is named after HMAS CULGOA, a BAY Class frigate, which saw active service during the Korean conflict. It is situated in the small coastal village of South West Rocks on the Mid Nth Coast of NSW. Up to 2004, it i was a 'self help' unit, supported by the community. Staff and cadets are drawn from the surrounding local area. TS Culgoa is a very active unit giving cadets the opportunity to develop their potential through sailing. power boating, Life Saving/Resuscitation, Bush Ex and other activities outside the norm.
