Reconnect aims to reconnect young people to their families and the community through counselling and practical support. Reconnect works closely with other local services to support young people and their families. This program offers: ?Early intervention support for young people at risk of homelessness. Who can access this program? This program supports young people aged 12 to 18 years of age who are at risk of homelessness or who are homeless. What does it cost? This program is free.
