MidCoast Assist Active & Older Forster

Join us most days of the week at our Forster centre in Breese Parade. The wide range of activities available offer a great opportunity to meet up with friends, and give carers a well earned break, while focusing on assisting people with dementia and their carers.

Our centre-based service includes:

• Group activities, including meals
• Group outings, including ladies and mens days
• Art based activities
• Movement based activities
• Cognitive stimulation activities

We also offer transport to and from the centre, making it easy for everyone to come along and join in an activity of their choice. 

Living with memory loss, Alzheimer’s or dementia can be challenging, so we’re here to help. Along with our centre activities, our team can offer personalised advice and support for both clients and their carers.
