About Us

Reconnect is a free and confidential service for young people aged 12-18 years. Our goal is to work with young people and their families on what is important to them and support young people to: • prevent homelessness • stay connected to family • stay connected to education • stay safe • make healthy choices • look after their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
