Omnicare Alliance supports individuals to maximise their independence at home and to make the most of their abilities, for the best quality of life.

Our Montessori-based approach focuses on recognising, respecting and facilitating clients' unique qualities, interests and circumstances. By treating you as an individual we honour your identity, support your lifestyle and accommodate the choices you make.

As a community-based (profit-for-purpose) organisation - formed in 2017 by the merger of four long-established groups (now five) - Omnicare operates across five divisions:

Omnicare Meals (formerly Meals on Wheels Mid North Coast): home-delivered hot, chilled and frozen meals; regular social dining events.

Omnicare Day Centres: meaningful programs with purposeful activities to maintain existing (and learn new) skills, and to foster social connections in the community: Port Macquarie (Morton and Greenmeadows); Kempsey (Parklands Cottage); Wauchope (Bain Park); Laurieton (Camden Haven Community Centre); South West Rocks (Uniting Church hall).

Omnicare Home Care: supporting clients and carers to live well at home and to identify areas how they can best use their funding packages. Care management also available.

Omnicare Disability: one-to-one support; group activities. Tailored services to suit individuals' abilities and interests. Opportunities to enhance living and employment skills.

Omnicare Home Modifications: building improved independence in and around clients' homes. From bathroom and kitchen alterations, to minor trade tasks, mobility equipment installation, and garden and lawn maintenance. Make your surroundings safer, more accessible and more secure.
