Mid North Coast Local Health District - Port Macquarie

The Mid North Coast Local Health District provides an extensive range of Community Health Services to our community. We cover all ages from children to older people, and work along different stages from prevention and early intervention, through to treatment and the long-term management of complex or chronic conditions.

The service aims to promote the health and well being of clients through education, assessment, implementation of care, and referral to appropriate services as required.
