Tuesdays at 8:30 am - 9:45 am & 5:30 pm - 7:00pm and on Thursdays at 5:30 pm- 6:30 pm at Kendall Community Hall. Classes cater for all levels of experience and fitness and include breath control, postures and meditative relaxation.
