Free confidential service for Aged Care Assessments, dementia, community nursing service (some outreach to Bungendore and surrounding area), continence, diabetes, foot clinics and asthma clinics. Access to hearing clinics, dental clinics, and primary health care support groups such as cardiac rehabilitation, Lung Smart, dietarian, and physiotherapy. Palliative Care, counselling, and sexual health services are also available. Provides early childhood services including support and information for families with children aged 0-5yrs and child health growth and development checks. Early intervention for children with special needs. Referrals can be made to allied health professionals including physiotherapy, speech therapy and dietician. Breast feeding support, Walk & Talk Groups and immunisation services are available in Queanbeyan. A mother’s group is held weekly during school terms for mothers with children under the age of 12mths.
