Mission Australia offers free, confidential counselling in for anyone who is concerned about their gambling. This includes access to self-exclusion and support for family and friends. You can phone to make an appointment and you don't need a referral. Counselling options include face-to-face, telephone, groups, community information sessions, online and outreach services.
