Yoga lessons for children through to seniors. .

Yoga classes offer a supportive environment for students to enjoy movement based activities.   Sessions include yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. 

Children's yoga includes games, stories and lesson themes to engage through learning activities.

Specialised lessons to support people with disabilities aim to bring about a sense of calm in the body and mind, slow down the breath, teach body awareness and support social connections.  Experienced in teaching children with special needs.

One on one and group lessons available.
