Save A Mate (Recovery/First Aid Training)

Provides training courses for young people and those that work with or care for them. SAM 'Our Way', which is a peer education training and support program focusing on indigenous communities in remote locations. Youth volunteers attend festivals and events to provide health-related services for their peers including first aid units that are made up of trained young people who provide first aid services at youth events and promote health and service referral information; and the SAM Crew, which encourages safer celebrating through health promotion and peer education.
