Our goal is to help individuals find strength in their ability to cope, to improve their emotional wellbeing and build resilience in order to manage the challenges that life presents. In addition, SPP provides suicide prevention and intervention education and skills training to community organisations and individuals to increase the capacity of communities to recognise, respond and support those at risk.
