About Us

ADA Australia offers free, confidential, client directed advocacy support to people with issues around services in residential aged care or those living at home receiving aged care services. ADA Australia is funded by the Commonwealth Government to provide information, education and support to enable people to understand and exercise their rights and responsibilities and to resolve their aged care service issues. ADA Australia also offers a community legal service to support adults with guardianship and administration matters. ADA Australia's services are free, confidential and client directed. ADA Australia operates state-wide in Queensland, with a head office in Brisbane and regional offices in Cairns, Townsville, Rockhampton, Wide Bay, Toowoomba and Gold Coast. ADA Australia provides outreach services to rural and remote communities, and offers a free-call information line.
