BRIC Housing - Spring Hill

The Better Housing Projects provide housing accommodation for low income (i.e. less than approx. $609 per week) single men and women over 18 years of age.

Placement is in boarding houses initially then progresses to other forms of accommodation such as one bedroom units and bed sit units. All accommodation is located in inner city New Farm, Fortitude Valley and Spring Hill.

Target Group

• Single men over 18
• Single women over 18

Eligibility

• Low income (less than approx. $609 per week)
• Bond and 2 weeks rent required
• Tenants sign an RTA Agreement

Operates Monday to Friday (No wheelchair access)
