About Us

Skylarkers work with older people to plan activities, discuss health issues and decide on directions for the program. All 60 and Better activities have an emphasis on keeping the body and the mind fit and active. They encourage new experiences, new friendships and open opportunities for new learning.Activities include: Card making, Card and Table Games, Social craft, Computer classes and Computer Users Group, Excerise Practice, Forum Group, Line Dancing, Mah-Jong, Mentell Men's Group, Weigh-In for Slimmers, BBQs, shared meals and occoasional Bus Trips. There may be other activities as decided by the group. Computers are available for scanning slides.
