Jerendine Family Support Program - Mt Gravatt

We will provide an opportunity for members of the family to have a break from each other by planned short term breaks in the home, in Jerendines Community House and via outings and activities in the community. This could be for a few hours each week or seven days at a time every few months allowing carers some time out.
