Myhorizon’s Lifestyle service is a disability support service which is customisable, caring, and flexible. We are committed to building you a tailored lifestyle so you can achieve your everyday living and leisure goals.

We offer group support, as well as one-on-one support for participants of high school age all the way through to late adulthood, which can be accessed as often as you choose and that fits in with your NDIS goals and plan.

We offer everything from activities such as craft, music, art, cooking, movies, sport, gardening, evening outings, social club and special event days, respite, and much more, however if you want to try something else, we encourage your ideas and are committed to making them work for you.
