About Us
The South West Brisbane Community Options provides a range of flexible support programs for the frail elderly, younger disabled and carers. This includes: * Domestic Assistance; * Social Support; * In Home Respite; * Personal Care; * Meal Preparation; * Banking; * Shopping; * Case Management; * Advocacy; and * Centre Based Respite. Other services available include a Homeless Program, Community Aged Care Packages, Community Options Package and Department of Veterans Home Care Packages, Indigenous Services and National Respite for Carers Programs. Community Options also provides the following services at other off site locations: * Centre based respite for Indigenoues community in the Inala and surrounding suburbs (07) 3278 8715 * Support to the homeless or those living in marginalised housing. - (07) 3844 8808

For more than 50 years, we’ve been providing support services to the people of South East Queensland. Whilst we are a Catholic agency, we provide these services to the entire community, regardless of religion, circumstance, ethnicity, economic situation, age, gender or ability. You will find Centacare services in every corner of South East Queensland. With a workforce of more than 3000, including our invaluable volunteers, and operating from more than 200 locations, we provide help and create hope for more than 150 000 people each year. With funding from both the Federal and Queensland governments, we are able to provide quality services to those in need of a range of services including childcare, support services for the aged and people with a disability as well as relationship education, counselling and support. We are grateful to our army of volunteers and donors who enable our non-government funded work in prisons, hospitals, psychiatric pastoral care and Indigenous communities.
