About Us
HART4000
We are an assessment and referral team that works closely with anyone who may be homeless or at
risk of becoming homeless. We believe that housing is a basic human right and we help people to find
the home that is right for them.
We collaborate with other community services and government agencies to ensure that the
needs of our clients are addressed. We offer a personalised response to individual housing needs with a focus on achieving sustainable outcomes.

Eligibility
- Over 16 years old
HART accepts both self-referrals and agency referrals. You will need to attend our drop-in service (1 pm to 3 pm, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) with a HART4000 team member to get things started.

Volunteer Notes
We have a reception desk, where drop-in participants first check into the service. We would always be interested in volunteers manning the desk, so there is a friendly face to meet them. Admin skills would be advantageous.
